China SAFe Day 2022 China Scaled Agile Conference ended successfully

On November 5th, 2022 China SAFe Day and the 3rd China Scaled Agile Conference ended successfully in Shanghai.

This conference is co-hosted by Scrum Chinese Network and SAI (Scaled Agile Inc.), centering on the theme of “Agile Enterprise and Digital Transformation”, covering industrial agility, digital transformation and software agility, DevOps and technical agility, and agile leadership Four themes related to agile talent.
The conference invited front-line large-scale agile transformation leaders from various industries such as automobiles, large-scale manufacturing, finance, retail, medical care, aerospace, Internet technology, etc., as well as well-known international and domestic experts to bring you information about the implementation of large-scale agile transformation in various industries. Successful cases and practical experience in building an agile enterprise. Nearly 300 participants from more than 100 companies attended the conference.

Opening of the conference and keynote speeches at the main venue

At nine o’clock, the conference officially kicked off. Mr. Liao Jingbin, the founder of Scrum Chinese Network & Leangoo, and Mr. David Fung, the general manager of SAI Greater China, gave opening speeches respectively.

Mr. Dean Leffingwell, the founder of SAFe and the chief methodologist of SAI, brought you a passionate video, welcomed the participants on SAFe Day, and brought you some cutting-edge information of SAFe.

The speech officially began. Mr. Inbar Oren, a SAFe methodologist and chief product officer of SAI, shared a powerful sharing “Using SAFe to Accelerate Digital Transformation” remotely.

The heavyweight guest at the scene, Mr. Tang Liang, PO President of Mettler-Toledo Group (Switzerland) China, brought you a theme sharing: “Mettler-Toledo Group (Switzerland) PO business in China is agile journey of”. It reveals to everyone how a century-old company faces the new era and new business environment, how to lead the change and turn challenges into opportunities.

Next, Mr. Liao Jingbin, the founder of Scrum Chinese Network, and Dr. Wang Qingfu, the Chief Agile Coach of Scrum Chinese Network, brought you a wonderful sharing: “The Core Practice of Lean and Agile in Industrial Enterprises”, and the atmosphere was warm.

After the theme sharing, the roundtable meeting set off another round of climax in the venue. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Ding Zhirun, the producer of the SAFe conference, Mr. Tang Liang, PO President of Mettler-Toledo China, Ms. Xue Mei, Strategic Advisor of SAI Asia Pacific, and NIO Mr. Yang Chao, Assistant Vice President of Automotive Energy Product Development, Dr. Jing Lei, R&D Director of Siemens Electric Products China and East Asia Headquarters R&D Center, Mr. Wu Shunxi, Head of Agile Transformation at Schneider Electric (China), and Mr. Liao Jingbin, Founder of Scrum Chinese Network, were guests. Conference activities

The “SAFe Tea House” is still a highlight of the conference. The participants on the site had in-depth exchanges and discussions with SPC and scale agile experts.
